This Privacy Policy describes how Stansa AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Stansa,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the FanCircle Creator Waitlist at waitlist.fancircle.app (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: your name or creator name, email address, an optional profile link (for example, an OnlyFans profile URL), your marketing-communication preference, and your acceptance of the Program Terms.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser user-agent string, the referral code (if any) in the link you used to reach the Service, and the date and time of your registration. We collect this information to administer the waitlist and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse (for example, bulk or automated registrations).
2. How We Use Information
- To create and maintain your waitlist registration, including your position number, join date, and associated promotional rate;
- To verify eligibility and identity before extending program benefits;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, automated, or abusive registrations;
- To attribute registrations to referral sources;
- To send transactional communications about the waitlist (confirmations, verification requests, launch notifications);
- To send marketing communications, only where you have opted in, and until you opt out;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Program Terms.
Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, our legal bases are: performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (administering the waitlist), our legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud, and program administration), your consent (marketing communications), and compliance with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers that host our infrastructure and database (for example, our cloud hosting and managed Postgres providers) under appropriate safeguards; (b) professional advisers; (c) authorities where required by law; and (d) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to previously collected information.
4. Data Retention
We retain waitlist records for as long as the waitlist program remains active and, if the Platform launches, for as long as needed to honor and evidence promotional-rate assignments. Anti-fraud records (such as IP addresses) are retained no longer than reasonably necessary for security purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6); deleting your registration forfeits your waitlist position.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including transport encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time (via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us). To exercise any of these rights, email support@fancircle.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you register from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
8. Children
The Service is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, such as notice on the Service or by email.
